Earlier, I posted one method of undoing a spell. Like I said before, you should consider all possible outcomes of the spells you cast, but we’re all entitled to a few mistakes. The classic way of undoing a spell is by dismantling it, but sometimes that option isn’t available to us. Here’s another method of undoing a spell.
Items needed:
- cauldron or bowl
- a black or purple candle (should be as tall or slightly taller than your cauldron/bowl and able to stand up in it on its own; if it can’t stand up properly, dribble a bit of wax inside of the cauldron/bowl and then set the candle on that)
- water (tap water is fine, but holy water or spring water is a good choice)
Fill your cauldron/bowl up halfway with water and make sure the candle is secure (if melting wax and sticking the candle in that way, do it before the water and snuff the candle out quickly.) Visualize the energy of the spell you’re reversing turning into a big ball of light. Imagine that the energy is moving towards the unlit candle, inhabiting it. Light the candle as you concentrate and say,
“Break the spell,
Break the curse;
This spell which was cast
Is now reversed.”Let the candle burn until it hits the water and fizzles out. When it does, say, “It is done” or, “So mote it be” or any other binding/finalizing words. Say them strongly.
When you’re done, pour the water out in a stream or outside your house. Throw the candle away or bury it. Wash out and cleanse your cauldron/bowl.
